Withdrawal is intentionally slower and more controlled than invocation. Runtime calls are optimized for speed; withdrawals are optimized for correctness, auditability, and risk review.

Gateway records receivables and prepares withdrawal evidence. Smart contracts remain the final boundary for USDC movement.
